Trumpeter Rob Walker is active as a
performer and educator. He studied at the Berklee College of
Music and holds a B.A. from New York University in Flim Music
Composition. He did additional composition studies at The
Juilliard School.
Walker has performed with such acts
as Natalie Cole, The Temptations, Ray Charles, The Moody Blues
and The Supremes. He recently appeared with tenor sax legend
David "Fathead" Newman at the International Festival de Jazz in
San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
The jazz Magazine Downbeat
has
recognized him as a Musician Deserving Wider Recognition.
