With a background in
American Theatre, as an actor-director, Vic Janusz was offered a
nightly, 6-month contract as a piano soloist in 1998 by the
Seattle Sheraton Towers; NORDSTROM offered a full-time day
position as a pianist shortly thereafter, and Janusz was in
music full-time. His numerous cabaret hits as a singer-pianist
include the popular "Phoenicia and Vic Shows" with Wade Madsen
and "The Night Is Bettah" with Disney star Joanne Klein.
He has accompanied
singers as diverse as rock/roots singer Elizabeth Carpenter and
El Vez. One of Seattle's most in demand pianomen, either as
soloist or frontman, Janusz has been represented at CANLIS (VJ
Trio has headlined at 3 New Year's Eve parties), the Fairmont,
and numerous country clubs. |
